Sophie is a qualified Osteopath who loves helping people feel better, move well and get back to doing the things they enjoy.
With a background in sport, including playing VFLW football and high-level netball, Sophie has a particular interest in sporting injuries and helping active people stay doing what they love. She also enjoys working with people of all ages and treating a wide range of musculoskeletal concerns.
Sophie takes a relaxed, hands-on and individualised approach to treatment. She believes it’s important to understand what’s contributing to someone’s pain, while also giving them practical tools and exercises they can use outside the clinic. Her goal is to make patients feel comfortable, listened to and confident in managing their body.
She has completed further training in dry needling and cupping, and has a growing interest in exercise rehabilitation and is always keen to continue building her skills and knowledge.
When she’s not in the clinic, you’ll usually find Sophie out running, at the gym, playing or watching sport, exploring the outdoors or finding a good coffee spot.
